They’re offering internships in Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources, all based in Illovo, Johannesburg.

No previous work experience is needed for any of these roles. They are contract‑based and will help you learn real workplace skills.
Finance Intern – 2 Positions (Reference: INSETA135)
What You’ll Do
- Support finance teams with creditors, debtors, and cash management
- Help keep financial records tidy and accurate
- Assist with budget tracking for both capital and operations
- Keep track of liabilities and produce reconciliations
- Enter and update financial data, process invoices and keep trackers up to date
- Work on projects that improve financial management under PFMA rules
What You Need
- Grade 12 qualification
- Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in Accounting or a related field

Risk Management Intern – 1 Position (Reference: INSETA134)
What You’ll Do
- Help review and update policies and procedures across the division
- Assist with risk assessments and keeping risk registers current
- Track how risk mitigation plans are working
- Research new risks and compliance rules
- Support education programs on fraud, risk and compliance
- Help improve how the division manages risk and compliance overall
- Provide general admin help to the Risk Management team
What You Need
- Grade 12 qualification
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in Risk Management, Insurance & Risk Management, Compliance Management, or Risk and Compliance
Additional Skills
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Can handle confidential information with care
- Can work well both alone and with a team

Human Resources Intern – 2 Positions (Reference: INSETA133)
What You’ll Do
- Help with recruiting and choosing new staff
- Support people as they start or finish their jobs at the company
- Keep HR records tidy and in order
- Assist with training programmes and skill‑building projects
- Support performance reviews and employee relations activities
- Help organize wellness and wellbeing programs for staff
- Back up HR policies and governance tasks
- Provide general HR admin help and help prepare for audits
What You Need
- Grade 12 qualification
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Training & Development, Labour Relations, or Employee Relations
