What is the ICASA Graduate Development Programme?

ICASA – the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa – runs a year‑long training and mentorship scheme for fresh graduates. You’ll work side by side with seasoned professionals, get structured lessons, and receive regular performance reviews and career guidance. It’s a blend of on‑the‑job learning and formal training designed to shape the next generation of industry leaders.

Who can apply?

To be eligible you must be a South African citizen, have finished a recognised degree, and be unemployed at the time of application. You’ll also need to send the following documents:
