Hyundai South Africa, together with Motus Corporation, is looking for energetic people who love cars and enjoy talking to others to join its Sales Trainee Programme. This role is perfect for students and fresh graduates who want to start a career in selling cars. You’ll learn the whole process of selling vehicles, meet customers, and get ready to become a full‑time Sales Executive if you perform well.
What the job is
In this programme you will work in a real car showroom in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You’ll be a part of the sales team and will spend the first months learning everything about Hyundai cars—how they’re built, what makes them special, and how to explain that to customers. You’ll also practice talking to buyers, asking the right questions, and helping them pick the car that best fits their needs. After the training, you could move into a permanent sales role.

Your day‑to‑day duties
When you’re in the programme, you will:

– Talk with customers to find out what they’re looking for in a vehicle and suggest the best options.

What we look for in you
You should have finished Grade 12 (Matric) and have a valid driver’s licence. A real passion for cars and a desire to sell them are musts. Good communication skills and being friendly to strangers will help a lot. We want people who can set goals for themselves, keep going even when it’s tough, and who look professional in a work setting. If you already have any sales or customer service experience, or a degree or diploma that matches the job, that will help, but it’s not required.
