GIBS Youth Employment Service 2026 – A 12‑Month Work Experience Job

GIBS, the Gordon Institute of Business Science in South Africa, is hiring young people for its Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2026. This is a full‑time, paid position that gives you real work experience inside one of the country’s biggest business schools. You will work 40 hours a week from January 2026 to January 2027, and you can earn money while you learn.

What Will You Do?

During the year you will be part of real business projects, meet professional coaches, and practice the skills that firms look for when hiring young workers. Your schedule will include Monday to Sunday shifts, with two days off in a row, and you may need to work in the evenings from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
