- Keep the Fruit SA Industry Statistics Booklet up to date. That means collecting data, entering it into a database, and checking that everything is correct.
- Work with the Citrus Industry Trust: write meeting minutes, send updates to partners, and keep records.
- Attend industry events and conferences, and write a short report after each one so the team can learn from what happened.
- Talk with other fruit companies, government bodies, and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Write reports and add information to internal documents that help the company make better decisions.

Who We’re Looking For
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics or a related subject that deals with the fruit industry.
- You know how South Africa’s fruit market works and can explain both local and international trade.

- You’re comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and databases.
- You can write clearly, speak confidently, and give short presentations when needed.
