Fidelity Services Group is looking for fresh graduates to join its Graduate Programme 2026. The program lasts 18 months and gives you hands‑on experience across the company, helps you grow into a leader, and teaches you the ins and outs of running a large business.
What the Graduate Programme Is All About
The program is set in Johannesburg, Gauteng. If you live in the area or can move on your own, you’re ready to start. Over the course of the programme you’ll move through different parts of the business – from field operations to finance and customer service. Each rotation will let you see how Fidelity delivers top‑quality security solutions while staying compliant and keeping customers happy.
During the rotations, you will learn to manage resources, follow and create policies, keep operations running smoothly, and follow all the laws that govern this industry. You’ll also learn how to talk to customers and partners, help reduce costs, and use tools like SWOT analysis to spot improvement opportunities.
What You’ll Gain
By the end of the programme you’ll be able to:
- Lead a team and manage your own work
- Read a company’s strengths, weaknesses, chances and threats
- Spot ways to boost productivity, quality and savings
- Understand how money moves through the business
- Keep clients and partners satisfied
- Know how sales contracts are made and how to make them efficient
- Promote safety in every job (following OH&S and COIDA standards)
- Follow key South‑African laws such as BCEA, PSIRA, POPIA and more
- Register with PSIRA while you’re learning

Who Can Apply?
- You must be a South African graduate or soon to finish a university course.
- A Bachelor’s degree that fits with security or business is needed.
- Post‑graduate work is a plus but not required.
- No more than one year of work experience is fine.
- You must be able to live in or travel to Johannesburg.
- A valid driver’s licence and a reliable car are important.
- A clean criminal record is required.
- You should know how to use MS Office.
- Be ready to move between jobs and travel if needed.
