The program covers everything from engineering and finance to human resources, safety, and hands‑on trades that keep our power lines working. About the Programme
NTCSA runs South Africa’s power‑grid and keeps it running. They’re investing in people because a strong team means a reliable electricity supply. The intake combines on‑the‑job training and classroom learning so you can see how theory works in real life.
Engineer in Training (EIT) – 43 posts
Locations: Gauteng, Limpopo, KwaZulu‑Natal
Training period: 24 months on the job
Minimum qualification
