Eskom 2026 Supply Chain Management Learnership – Kickstart Your Career

Learn the Inside of South Africa’s Biggest Power Company – Become a Learner Diplomat!

If you just finished your university studies and are looking for a real chance to see how a big power company runs its supply chain, this is for you. Eskom, the company that brings electricity to most South Africans, is looking for fresh graduates to join its Learner Diplomat program for 2026. This is a paid internship that will let you work in the Cape Coastal Cluster, in either Brackenfell or East London. You will learn how to move parts and materials around so the power plant can keep running, and you’ll get a feel for the day‑to‑day life of a professional in the energy sector.

What the Job Looks Like

  • Position: Learner Diplomat (Re‑Advert) – 2026
  • Contract type: Internship
  • Pay: Market related (you will be paid fairly for the work you do)
  • Grade: L6 (the level in the company’s system)
  • Department: Business Enablement, Cape Coastal Cluster

  • Deadline to apply: 3 February 2026

  3. Build teamwork skills – You’ll join a team, share ideas, and help each other solve problems.
  4. Get a career boost – Many of Eskom’s staff started with an internship and grew into full‑time roles.
