Dynamic DNA invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Systems Development Learnership Programme vacancies. The closing date for applications is 17 October 2025.
What is the Learnership?
Dynamic DNA, together with the Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA), is offering a 12‑month Systems Development Learnership at the NQF Level 4.
This programme is made especially for young South Africans who live with a disability. It combines classroom lessons with real work experience, giving you the skills you need to start a career in the digital world.
Why Take Part?
South Africa’s tech industry is growing fast, but many young people don’t have the training to join it.
This learnership closes that gap by:
- Giving you a nationally recognised qualification that employers look for.
- Teaching you how to code, design software and develop systems.
- Putting you in real work environments so you can test what you learn.
- Preparing you for long‑term jobs in a field that offers high wages and plenty of opportunities.
When and Where?
The training will be held at Dynamic DNA’s centre in Ferndale, Randburg, Johannesburg. The campus is fully accessible so everyone can work and study comfortably.
Who Can Apply?
To be considered you must:
- Have finished Grade 12 (Matric) with at least 50 % in Mathematics and English.
- Be unemployed at the time you apply.
- Hold a valid disability certificate.
- Live in or near Randburg so you can attend campus classes.
- Not be enrolled in another SETA‑funded programme.
- Be a South African citizen aged 19‑29 years.
What You’ll Get
- Specialised IT training in coding, software design and system development.
- Hands‑on work experience at an industry partner’s workplace.
- A monthly stipend to help pay for living costs during the programme.
- A NQF Level 4 qualification in Systems Development that employers recognise.
- An inclusive learning environment that supports people with disabilities.
