Clover, a well‑known South African dairy and consumer‑goods company, is opening its doors for a special program. If you’re a young adult who is currently out of work, the Clover Learnership Programme 2026 gives you a year of hands‑on training in production, transport, and distribution. You’ll work in real warehouse and logistics settings, learn how food gets from farms to shelves, and pick up skills that will help you get a job for life.

What the Learnership Looks Like

This one‑year course is split into three parts:

  1. Production – help make and package products.
  2. Primary Transport – learn how goods move from factories to warehouses.
  3. Secondary Distribution – see how items travel from warehouses to stores.

You’ll be on the clock every day, gaining real experience in:

  • Warehouse work – receiving, storing and sending out stock.
  • Checking inventory so nothing gets lost.
  • Using computer systems to track products.
  • Working with scanners and weigh‑bridges.
  • Keeping the site clean, safe and secure.
  • Planning routes and solving problems when deliveries are late.
  • Reading and writing invoices, load sheets and reports.
  • Storing and handling parts or spare parts.
  • Following Good Manufacturing Practice rules so food stays safe.

Who Can Join?

Only South African youth who:

  • Are between 18 and 33 years old.
  • Have finished Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Are not currently working.
  • Have never done a learnership before.
