What a Bank Better Champion Does
A Bank Better Champion works directly with customers in a bank branch. Your day will involve:
- Greeting people when they walk in and making sure they feel welcome.
- Managing lines so everyone gets served quickly.
- Helping customers use ATMs and self‑service machines.
- Supporting customers with online and remote banking services.
- Learning about the bank’s products and how its internal systems work.
You’ll start out learning the basics and then move up to more advanced tasks. Over time, this role can lead to a permanent position as a Service Consultant, where you’ll be able to help customers with a wider range of banking needs.

Experience
