The Bryte Graduate Programme 2025/2026
If you’re in your final year of university or just finished a bachelor’s degree, Bryte’s Graduate Programme gives you a chance to start a real career. Over 12 months you will:
- Study real insurance and finance topics through structured learning sessions.
- Work on live projects that help the company solve real problems.
- Get a mentor who will show you how Bryte runs and let you learn from their experience.
- Join a small team with other new graduates, sharing ideas and solving challenges together.
- Finish the year with a final project that shows what you’ve learned.
The programme is a fixed‑term contract, so you will know exactly how long the experience will last.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to people who meet these requirements:
- South African citizen – only South African citizens are eligible.
- University qualification – you must be in your final year or have already finished one of the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science (BSc Actuarial Science)
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance (BCom Accounting / Finance)
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce in Data Science (BSc or BCom Data Science) or a related field
- Good grades – you should have a strong academic record.
- Passion for insurance – you must love learning about insurance and want to build a career in that field.
