The Bosch Group wants fresh South African graduates who don’t yet have a job to join their Graduate Trainee Programme – Mobility Aftermarket. What the trainee program looks like
Designed for people who just finished university, the program is a mix of learning and real work. You’ll spend time in the Workshop Services Africa Department, where you’ll see the day‑to‑day tasks that keep a car service shop busy. The goal is to give you a solid foundation in:
- Understanding how a workshop is run and managed
- Dealing with customer complaints and making sure problems are solved quickly
- Tracking how much money the workshop spends and reports on those numbers
- Setting up new workshops so they can start working smoothly
- Learning about new ideas and how they become real products – that’s what we call concept management
- Explaining why a workshop’s services are worth paying for – that’s the value proposition
- Getting a quick lesson on anti‑trust law (rules that keep companies fair)
- Following a set of rules for how business should behave, called the Code of Business Conduct
- Talking about how to stay honest when you meet other companies or suppliers
These tasks cover the basics of running a business, making sure everything is legal, and putting customers first. That experience can be a real boost when you look for a job later on.
Who can join?
We’re looking for:
- South African graduates who don’t have a job right now.
- People who have a Degree or Diploma in one of these subjects: Administration, Business Management, or Commerce.
If you’re good at keeping things organized, pay attention to small details, and you like the idea of working in the car‑service world, you’ll fit right in.
