Actom High Voltage Equipment Bursary – 2026
If you’re a South African student who loves the idea of building and fixing electrical systems, we’ve got a great opportunity for you. The Actom High Voltage Equipment division is opening its Actom Bursary Programme for 2026. It’s a scholarship that helps cover the cost of a university degree in engineering, so you can study without worrying too much about tuition and living expenses.
The bursary sits in South Africa, so you’ll stay home for school. All you need is an enrolment or acceptance at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in the country.
What the Bursary Covers
Actom wants to grow talent that can strengthen South Africa’s power and manufacturing industries. The scholarship supports students who are studying or plan to study:
- Electrical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
All three options are offered at the Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) level. When you finish your degree, the skills you’ll develop will be in high demand, both locally and overseas.
