Adcock Ingram Healthcare’s 12‑Month Learnership for Learners with Disabilities

If you’re between 18 and 35, live with a disability, and have finished high school, Adcock Ingram Healthcare in Midrand, Gauteng, has a 12‑month learnership that can give you real work experience in a big health company. The program starts in 2026 and will close on 9 February 2026. You’ll be paid a market‑related stipend while you learn new skills and meet professionals in a supportive setting.

The goal is simple: give people with disabilities a chance to see what a normal office job looks like and to build the skills that help them find a job after the learnership ends. Learners will rotate through different Adcock Ingram sites so they can see a variety of tasks and pick the ones that fit their interests.
