MiWay Insurance is inviting South African graduates to join its 2026 Internship Programme. If you are a recent school graduate or still studying, this is your chance to get real office experience in a busy insurance company that moves fast and offers plenty of learning opportunities.

What the Internship Programme Looks Like

MiWay’s 2026 Internship Programme is a three‑month, full‑time experience that lets you step inside a leading short‑term insurance firm. You will rotate through several departments, learning how each part works together to keep clients safe and happy. The programme is designed to help you build everyday skills, feel comfortable in a corporate setting, and see what a career in insurance could look like.


Internship Roles You Can Apply For

MiWay has openings in five different areas. Below is a quick guide to each role and what you need to qualify.

1. Client Services Internship

  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or a one‑year certificate or diploma.
  • No previous job experience is needed – we want fresh enthusiasm.

2. Talent Acquisition Internship

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience is accepted.

3. Finance Internship

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or a similar degree in Finance or Accounting.

4. Marketing Assistant Internship

  • National diploma or university degree in Business or Marketing.

5. Business Insurance Internship

  • Grade 12 certificate, or a one‑year certificate or degree in Business or a related area.
