What is the internship?
The department is looking for unemployed South African graduates who need workplace experience. You will work for two years, from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2029, and receive a stipend of R8 174.75 per month. Positions are available at the Head Office and in the districts of Capricorn, Mopani, Sekhukhune, Vhembe and Waterberg.
Who can apply?
- South African citizens who have a National Diploma or a university degree.
- You must be unemployed and have never taken part in a Public Service Graduate Internship Programme.
- Women and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
- You need a valid ID and, where required, a driver’s licence.
