What the opportunity is

Nestlé is offering two pathways for South African graduates and students:

  • Graduate Internship programmes – full‑time paid placements for recent graduates.
  • In‑Service Training programmes – short placements for students who need workplace exposure for a Diploma or National Diploma.

Placements are available in Bryanston, Mossel Bay, Babelegi, Harrismith and Estcourt.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Management, Engineering, Data or a related field.

Human Resource Graduate Trainee – Bryanston

Degree in Human Resource Management.

Sales Graduate Trainee – Bryanston

Degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related qualification.

Marketing Graduate Trainee – Bryanston

Degree in Marketing, Strategic Marketing or a related qualification.

Engineering Graduate Trainee – Mossel Bay

Degree or Honours in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Finance Graduate Trainee – Bryanston

Degree in Accounting or Management Accounting (including the CIMA route).

Automation Graduate Trainee – Mossel Bay

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Production Graduate Trainee – Mossel Bay

BSc in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

Quality Assurance Graduate Trainee – Bryanston

BSc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or Consumer Science.

In‑Service Training roles

Human Resource In‑Service Trainee – Bryanston

Currently studying towards a Diploma or National Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Sales In‑Service Trainee – Bryanston

Currently studying towards a Diploma or National Diploma in Sales or a related field.

Nestlé Professional In‑Service Trainee – Bryanston

Diploma or National Diploma in Food Science or Quality Management.

Engineering In‑Service Trainee – Babelegi

Diploma or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Production In‑Service Trainee – Harrismith

Diploma or National Diploma in Production and Operations Management, Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry or Biotechnology.

Corporate Affairs In‑Service Trainee – Bryanston

Diploma or National Diploma in a relevant corporate affairs discipline.

Quality Assurance In‑Service Trainee – Estcourt

Diploma or National Diploma in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry or Biotechnology.
