Eskom Engineers & Graduates Internships 2026 – Apply by 23 Sep

Eskom is looking for 50 unemployed South African graduates to join its Group Capital Division as Engineers in Training or Graduates in Training. The deadline is fast – you must apply by 23 September 2026. Positions are available in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and the Free State.

What the opportunity is

Eskom will take on 8 Engineers in Training and 42 Graduates in Training. All roles are internships that last for the 2026/2027 period. No previous work experience is needed.

Who can apply

Engineers in Training (8 posts)

  • South African citizen
  • Completed BEng or BSc Engineering
  • Qualified in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Metallurgical Engineering

Graduates in Training (42 posts)

  • South African citizen
  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree, BCom, BA, BTech or Advanced Diploma
  • Study area in one of the following:
  • Built Environment, Project Management, Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
  • Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing
  • Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, Communication
  • Human Resources Management, Behavioural Sciences, Human Science, Safety Management
  • Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Environmental Management, Quality Management
  • Business Analysis, Information Systems, Information Science, Archive Management, Library Science
