What is the learnership?
Vitality is offering a structured programme that lets you earn an NC: Wealth Management qualification (NQF Level 5) while working in a real financial‑services environment. You will sit in the Sandton office, Gauteng, and gain hands‑on experience in areas such as client servicing, claims, underwriting, life benefits, retirement funds and new‑business processes.
Who can apply?
To be eligible you must meet all of the following:
- Be a South African citizen by birth.
- Be aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Have a Grade 12 certificate with at least:
- Mathematics – Level 4 (50 %)
- English – Level 4 (50 %)
- Mathematical Literacy – Level 5 (60 %)
- Second language – Level 4 (50 %)
- Not be currently enrolled in any post‑Matric study.
- Not be formally employed at the time of application.
- Not have completed a learnership before.
- Have good written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable using basic computer programmes such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Having started a tertiary qualification in finance is an advantage, but not required.
