Tips to improve your chances
- Double‑check that you have entered the exact reference number – a wrong code will discard your application.
- Keep your Matric certificate and results (especially Maths/Accounting) ready to copy details accurately.
- If you have any prior exam‑assistant or quality‑assurer experience, mention it clearly in the questionnaire.
- Apply early. The portal opens on 26 August 2026 and high traffic can cause slowdowns.
- Proofread your answers for spelling and numerical errors before you click submit.
Next steps
If you meet the criteria, log on to the portal now and start the application. Remember, the window closes on 08 September 2026. For any questions, you may contact Mr Harry Culling at 010 601 8082 or email ExamAssistants@gauteng.gov.za. Do not use the email to send your application unless instructed.
Take this chance to gain valuable experience while you study or look for permanent work. Good luck!
