EWSETA, UL & DWS Graduate Internship 2026 – Apply by 25 August

Graduates of the University of Limpopo, the EWSETA, University of Limpopo and Department of Water and Sanitation have opened a 12‑month graduate internship that starts soon, and the deadline is only 25 August 2026 – act now before the window closes.

What the internship offers

The three partners are running a structured Graduate Internship Programme for unemployed graduates. It provides workplace‑based learning in the water and sanitation sector, with a monthly stipend of R7,500.

Who can apply

  • Graduate of the University of Limpopo
  • Hold a 4‑year BSc in Water and Sanitation Sciences
  • 35 years old or younger
  • Currently unemployed
  • Available for the full 12‑month period
  • Never taken part in an EWSETA‑funded internship
  • Do not hold an EWSETA grant at the time of application

  • Hands‑on experience in real or simulated water‑service environments
  • Supervised on‑the‑job training and mentorship
  • Improved occupational competence and professional readiness
  • Skills that increase employability in the water and sanitation sector

  1. Prepare a current CV and clear copies of your BSc qualification.
