  • Completed Grade 12 / Matric.
  • South African citizen.
  • Unemployed at the time of application.
  • Between 18 and 23 years old.

The learnership is available in five cities: Pretoria, Johannesburg, East London, Durban and Cape Town.

What you will gain

The programme will give you hands‑on exposure to a wide range of ICT tasks, including:

  • Hardware, operating‑system and software troubleshooting.
  • Fixing user‑profile and internet‑connectivity problems.
  • Providing general desktop support and installing business applications.
  • Managing devices with Microsoft Intune – monitoring compliance and applying corrective actions.
  • Performing manual security patches and regular software updates.
  • Answering user calls, logging ICT incidents and handling regional support requests.
  • Supporting printers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations and other equipment.
  • Verifying ICT assets and keeping records up to date.

In addition, you will develop valuable soft skills such as written and verbal communication, attention to detail, self‑motivation, and a professional work ethic.
