What the opportunity is

The Graduate Programme is a 12‑month development pathway for the next generation of supply‑chain, logistics and commercial professionals. It starts on 1 February 2027 and is based mainly in Midrand, Johannesburg, with some Key Account Management roles also available in Cape Town and Durban.

Who can apply

You are eligible if you are:

  • In your final year of study, or have graduated within the last two years, and
  • Holding a qualification that matches one of the graduate streams (see below), and
  • Able to work at the specified location, and

Graduate streams

You can choose from four streams. Each stream gives you hands‑on experience in different parts of the business.

Industrial Engineering

Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Transport operations, warehousing and distribution
  • Supply‑chain planning and customer service
  • Operational performance management and service‑delivery improvement

Commercial & Supply Chain Analytics

  • Customer, sales and merchandising analytics
  • Supply‑chain data analysis and commercial strategy
  • Business‑development insights and data‑driven decision‑making

Key Account Management

  • Managing customer and principal accounts
  • Relationship management, service‑level agreements and costing analysis
  • Identifying efficiency opportunities and assessing customer profitability
