- Hold a valid South African driver’s licence.
- Live in a recognised community or farm around the Izimbiwa Operation.
- Be able to pass a medical fitness test, a Dover assessment, and a polygraph.
- Be willing to train on different shifts (day, early, late or weekend).
- Show good communication and basic business understanding.
