What the programme offers
SASSA is offering work‑integrated learning placements for TVET college learners who have completed N6 or have an official statement of results. The placements last up to 18 months and come with a monthly stipend of R5 865.25. Successful interns will gain real‑world experience in a government setting while completing the practical component of their National Diploma.
Who can apply
- South African citizen
- Holder of an N6 certificate or a statement of results
- Need workplace exposure to fulfil the diploma requirements
- Can provide a letter from your college confirming the need for WIL
- Meet the specific N6 qualification required for the chosen placement
