ACTOM Engineering 2027 Electrical Engineering Bursary – Apply by 31 July

Act now if you’re studying Electrical Engineering – ACTOM Engineering Projects and Contracts is offering a bursary that could fund your final year, and the deadline is only a few weeks away. ACTOM Engineering Projects and Contracts wants South African students who live in the North West Province to apply.

What the bursary is

This is a 2027 Electrical Engineering bursary paid by ACTOM. It is aimed at students who will be in their final year of a University of Technology programme. The bursary is based at Impala Mines in the North West.

Who can apply

You are eligible if you meet all of the following:

  • South African citizen (provide proof)
  • Enrolled in a recognised University of Technology
  • Studying Electrical Engineering and entering the final year in 2027
  • Live in one of these municipalities: Rustenburg, Madibeng, or Moses Kotane (proof of address required)
  • Willing to attend an interview if shortlisted

What you will gain

The bursary will cover tuition fees and may include a stipend while you study. You will also get exposure to the mining and industrial engineering sectors, giving you a foot‑step into a career after graduation.

How to apply – step by step

  1. Gather the required documents: updated CV, academic transcript, proof of SA citizenship and proof of residential address.
  2. Save each file as a clear PDF.
  3. Email everything to epc.hc@actom.co.za. Use a subject line such as “2027 Electrical Engineering Bursary – Your Name”.
  4. Make sure you send the email before 31 July 2026.
