What is the opportunity?

Zutari is opening its Graduate Talent Community for 2026/2027. The programme is a full‑time, permanent position for final‑year engineering students and recent graduates. You will work on infrastructure projects in Cape Town, eThekwini (Durban), Paarl, Johannesburg (Rosebank) and Pretoria (Tshwane).

Who can apply?

You must be a final‑year BSc, BEng or Master’s student with an overall average of 65 % or higher. The roles are open to the following fields of study:

  • Civil Engineering – Infrastructure
  • Civil Engineering – Structures
  • Civil Engineering – Water
  • Civil Engineering – Transport
  • Structural Engineering – Bridges
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering – Electronic or Mechatronic
  • Data Science or Engineering
  • Geoinformatics
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Geotechnical Engineering
  • Environmental and Engineering Geology

All applicants must be South African citizens or have a valid work permit.
