What the opportunity is

This is a twelve‑month learnership in business administration. It is based in Centurion, Gauteng. You will work in a professional office that provides business process outsourcing, global business services and call‑centre support. The learnership blends formal workplace training with hands‑on experience.

Who can apply

  • Unemployed South African youth.
  • Age between 18 and 29 years.
  • Live in Centurion (or be able to relocate there).
  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate is mandatory.
  • Either a Business Management or Financial qualification (degree or diploma) — or you are currently studying for one.
  • Willing to provide a SARS ITR DD form (tax documentation).
  • People living with disabilities are encouraged to apply; they must also submit a medical certificate.

Required documents

  • Updated CV.
  • Certified copy of your South African ID.
  • Certified copy of your Matric certificate.
  • Certified copies of any Business Management or Financial qualifications (or proof of enrolment).
  • Academic records, if applicable.
  • Proof of residence (if requested).
  • SARS ITR DD form.
  • Medical certificate (only for applicants with disabilities).

What you will learn

  • Document preparation: Draft reports, business letters, presentations, spreadsheets and other records.
  • Communication skills: Write professional emails, handle phone calls, greet visitors and liaise with colleagues.
  • Customer service: Respond to inquiries, resolve problems and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Stakeholder support: Work with internal departments, managers, clients and external service providers.

These abilities are useful in many office‑based roles, including administration, finance, retail, insurance and human resources.
