What the internship offers

Footgear is looking for motivated N6 students and graduates who want hands‑on work in a retail environment. Six placement areas are available, each designed to give you real‑world exposure and help you meet the workplace‑learning component of your diploma.

Who can apply

  • South African citizens or permanent residents.
  • Completed an N6 qualification (or are about to graduate).
  • Need workplace exposure to obtain your National Diploma.
  • Specific study fields per placement:

Sales Internship

  • Certificate in Business Management or a related field.

Human Resource Internship

  • Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Finance Internship

  • Certificate in Financial Management.

Projects & Maintenance Internship

  • Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, Office Administration, Public Management, Project Management or a related field.

Information Technology Internship

  • Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related ICT field.

Supply Chain Internship

  • Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Management.
