Are you an N6 graduate looking for the work experience you need right now? Mopani TVET College is offering an 18‑month In‑Service Training Programme that could be the missing piece for your National Diploma.

What the programme is

The college is running an In‑Service Training Programme for the 2026 year. It lasts 18 months and is based in Phalaborwa, Limpopo. The training gives you real‑world experience in public, marketing, tourism or business management.

Who can apply

  • Age 18‑35 years
  • Holder of an N6 certificate (completed N4‑N6 with at least 12 subjects)
  • Graduated in Public Management, Marketing Management, Tourism Management or Business Management
  • Preferably a Mopani TVET College graduate (first preference)
  • Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply

What you will gain

The training exposes you to practical tasks such as:

  • Public Management – government and municipal administration, HR and office management
  • Marketing Management – marketing admin, customer relations, sales support, brand promotion, market research
  • Tourism Management – tourism admin, travel coordination, customer service, hospitality support, operations
  • Business Management – business operations, office admin, project coordination, financial admin, management support

These skills are directly relevant to many South African workplaces and boost your employability.

  1. Prepare the required documents:
    • Detailed CV
    • Application letter
    • Certified copies of N4‑N6 certificates or results statements
    • Certified copy of SA ID
    • In‑Service Training Letter from the college
    • Affidavit stating you are not in a SETA‑funded programme
    • Affidavit stating you have not previously benefited from a similar programme
  2. Submit your application to the Human Resource Management Department, either by post or in person:
