  2. Prepare a current CV that highlights your N6 qualification, subjects/modules studied and any relevant projects.
  3. Gather supporting documents:
    • Statement of results (if you have one)
    • Letter from your TVET institution confirming you need workplace experience
    • Copy of your ID (only if requested later)
  4. Choose one of the two submission methods:
    • Hand delivery to SASSA Regional Office, Ground Floor, 222 Smit Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2017
    • Post to: Attention – Human Capital Management, Private Bag X120, Marshalltown, 2107

Tips to improve your chances

  • Double‑check that the New Z83 form is fully completed and signed.
  • Tailor your CV to the specific post you are applying for; mention the exact N6 qualification required.
  • Include the institution letter that clearly states you need a workplace placement.
  • Submit a neat, legible hard copy; avoid crumpled pages.
  • Apply only for posts that match your qualification – applying for unrelated posts reduces your odds.

Final thoughts

The SASSA Work Integrated Learning Programme 2026 offers a concrete pathway to bridge the gap between classroom learning and a National Diploma. If you have completed an N6 in Public Management, Office Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields, this is a chance to gain paid, practical experience while you look for a permanent job.

Prepare your documents, follow the steps above, and submit your application before the 30 July 2026 deadline. Good luck!
