What is the Rand Water Graduate Internship Programme 2026?

The programme provides 34 graduate internship positions across many fields – engineering, finance, chemistry, risk management, social work, library science, health & safety, project management, treasury, water resources and more. It runs for 24 months in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and includes mentorship, coaching and structured professional development.

Who can apply?

  • Matric certificate holder

  • No prior work experience in the same qualification
  • Never participated in a graduate or internship programme before
