What is the Exxaro Students Living with Disabilities Bursary 2027?
Exxaro’s Corporate Centre (The ConneXXion) is offering a bursary to support learners with disabilities who are studying at a recognised South African university or college. Who can apply?
You must meet all of the following criteria:
- South African citizen, aged 18‑28
- Resident of an Exxaro host community in Limpopo or Mpumalanga
- Living with a disability as defined in the Employment Equity Amendment Act
- Enrolled in a minimum three‑year degree or diploma programme
- Studying one of the approved fields (see list below)
- Registered at a recognised, accredited South African tertiary institution
- Able to maintain the academic performance required by the bursary agreement
- Willing to attend all classes, submit semester transcripts and take part in bursary activities
- Ready to fulfil any work‑back, internship or service obligations after graduation
- Committed to informing the bursary office of any changes to your study or personal circumstances
