What the programme offers
Pepkor Lifestyle, one of South Africa’s largest wholesale and retail groups, will run two tracks:
- 12‑month graduate programme
- 18‑month TVET work‑integrated learning programme
Both tracks are financed by the Wholesale & Retail SETA (W&R SETA) and are based in Sandton, Gauteng.
Who can apply
To be eligible you must:
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Be currently unemployed
- Be younger than 32 years
- Hold a recognised qualification from an accredited institution
- Have a disability? You are encouraged to apply as well.

- Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Law (LLB, BCom Law)
- BCom Risk Management
- BCom Financial Management

- Information Systems
- Business Information Technology (N6)
TVET College and Higher Education graduates who need real‑world experience are also welcome.
