Who can apply – minimum requirements
- NQF Level 4 qualification (Grade 12, ABET, AET Level 3) or an equivalent SAQA‑recognised qualification
- Valid SAPS Firearm Competency Certificate (handgun, rifle or shotgun)
- Valid driver’s licence (except where the applicant has a disability)
- Clean criminal record
- Good physical fitness
Additional advantages
- Experience in conservation‑management programmes
- Certificate or qualification in conservation training from an accredited institution
