Knysna Municipality WIL Opportunities 2026 – Apply by 28 May

Need work experience now? Knysna Municipality is offering a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme that can help you finish your studies and get a foot in the door of local government.

What the opportunity is

Knysna Municipality will take on 20 interns for practical training in municipal administration. The placement is based in Knysna, Western Cape, and runs until the required training hours are completed.

Who can apply

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be an unemployed graduate or a TVET student
  • Need the WIL/In‑Service training to finish your qualification
  • Provide a letter from your college confirming this need
  • Hold one of the following N6/National Diploma qualifications:
    • Public Management
    • Management Assistant
    • Business Management
    • Human Resources
