Who can apply (Eligibility)

- Age between 18 and 28 years
- Matriculation certificate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Currently unemployed and not studying full‑time during the programme
- No previous participation in a YES programme
- No permanent work experience longer than 12 months
- Willing to work in a retail environment
- Can provide your own transport and accommodation
