What You’ll Do

- Solve real problems – Work on challenges that the company faces and suggest practical fixes.
- Learn BPMN 2.0 – Pick up a popular tool that helps you draw and understand processes.
- Track progress – Keep project documents up to date in the shared tool that the whole team uses.
- Talk to teammates – Check in with people inside the company to understand what they need and keep them in the loop.
- Get hands‑on with industry software – Use the same tools that pros in aviation use every day.
What We’re Looking For
To make the most of this programme, we prefer candidates who:
- Have a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (or have already started a degree).
- Are studying or finished a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering.
- Think their way through problems quickly and clearly.
- Can explain ideas simply and listen to others.
- Notice small details and keep a tidy, organised approach.
