1. People (30%)

  • You’ll experience Dentsu’s culture of teamwork and high standards.
  • You’ll learn how to talk with teammates, clients and media partners.
  • You’ll practice setting clear expectations, sharing information safely, and raising problems when needed.

2. Product (50%)

  • Explore the client’s brand, industry and competitors.
  • Get hands‑on with professional tools like Intersections, CCS Survey, CCS Planner and Telmar.
  • Produce precise reports, PowerPoint decks and communications that clients love.
  • Master time‑management by meeting deadlines even when pressure is on.

3. Profit (10%)

  • Understand how costs and earnings work for each client project.
  • Learn how media deals and trading agendas affect the final outcome.
  • Build trust with key stakeholders and media owners.

4. Operations (10%)

  • Use workflow tools like Chase, MEPlan, METime and Salesforce.
  • Help keep marketing activities running smoothly across all platforms.
