About Jemstech and the YES Programme
Jemstech is a top company in the electronic parts industry. The company has joined the South‑African Youth Employment Service (YES) programme – a national effort launched by the President – to give students and recent graduates a real job where they can learn and grow.

Minimum Requirements
If you want to join the Jemstech YES Programme 2025/2026, you must meet these basic criteria:

| Education | Must have finished Grade 12 or have an equivalent qualification, or hold a post‑matric certificate. |
Selection Criteria
In addition to the basic requirements, we are looking for candidates who also:
- Have not been fully employed with the same company for more than 12 months.
- Are not studying full‑time during the year of employment.
- Have not already taken part in a YES programme or applied for it before.
All applicants will go through a formal recruitment process, and only those who are shortlisted will be offered positions in Jemstech’s different business areas.
