Minimum requirements

  • Relevant qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7)
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Analytical thinking

What you’ll do

  • Support transport, HR, and general administrative services
  • Help with provisioning – procurement and issuing stores
  • Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)

Minimum requirements

  • Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in:
    • Public Administration
    • Business Administration
    • Economics
    • Development Studies
    • Finance / Accounting
    • Social Sciences / Social Security
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Social Security
  • Computer literacy

What you’ll do

  • Conduct quality assurance of grant applications
  • Verify applications and supporting documents
  • Approve or reject grant applications
  • Provide beneficiary maintenance and customer care services
  • Oversee administration of social grant processes
  • Manage staff performance and resources
  • Ensure compliance with PFMA regulations
