Just launched: Deloitte’s Regulatory and Financial Risk (RFR) Graduate Programme 2026 is looking for fresh graduates to work in Midrand, South Africa. This isn’t just another internship – it’s a full‑time entry into a high‑profile field that shapes how banks and big firms manage money and risk.

What’s the programme all about?

Deloitte will train you in financial modelling, regulatory advice and risk management. You’ll support the Financial Instrument Valuations team, building models that help large African banks decide how to price and protect themselves from market changes.

Who should apply?

To be eligible you need a Master’s or Honours degree in a STEM‑heavy field such as:

  • MSc Financial Engineering
  • MSc Quantitative Risk Management
  • BSc/BCom Honours in Quantitative Risk Management, Actuarial & Financial Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Advanced Mathematics of Finance, Econometrics / Applied Economics, Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Applied / Financial Mathematics, or Physics
  • Other maths or statistics degrees will also be considered

Having experience with tools like Python, R, Matlab, SAS, C# or VBA is a big plus, but not mandatory.
