Bell Equipment is looking for South African youth who don’t have jobs right now. If you finished Grade 12 and want to learn a trade, you can join their Engineering Apprenticeship Programme 2026. The apprentices will work mainly in the Bell Richards Bay Factory and at the customer service centres in KwaZulu‑Natal. The program starts soon and you have to sign up before 20 February 2026.

- Requirements
- Grade 12 with core Maths, Physical Science, and Engineering Graphics & Design (EGD).
- Pass a Technical Assessment that tests math and reading.
- Be in good health (you’ll need a medical check).
- Hold a Code B / Code 08 driver’s licence.
- Live within 50 km of the Richards Bay Factory.
