What the programme looks like
The 24‑month programme is a fast‑track rotation. Each rotation gives you a chance to see a different part of the business:
- Commercial Strategy & Brand Management – Learn to make brand plans, study the market, and help a drug succeed in the clinic.
- Medical & Scientific Engagement – Work with doctors and scientists, talk to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and support evidence‑based medicine.
- Regulatory, Safety & Clinical Operations – Understand how drugs are approved, how safety is monitored, and how clinical trials run.
- Business & Finance – Get a feel for profit and loss, supply‑chain efficiency, and the financial side of the business.
You’ll see all parts of how a pharmaceutical company turns research into a product that reaches patients. The experience is a full 360‑degree look at the industry and sets you up for a future where you can lead a team or a project.

What you need
- A bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7 or higher) in a commercial, medical or science field.

If you have done an internship in pharma or biotech, that’s a bonus.
