Looking for a first‑step job in logistics or fleet management?
Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is looking for fresh graduates and young people who have not yet found work to join their teams for a 2026 internship. Two roles are available: a Logistics Intern in Bloemfontein and a Fleet Internship that could take you to Bloemfontein, Midrand or Devland. Both positions will give you hands‑on experience in one of South Africa’s biggest beverage supply chains, letting you learn real‑world skills while you earn a paycheck.


1. Logistics Intern – Bloemfontein (Free State)

What the job is about
You’ll help keep the warehouse and distribution center running smoothly. You’ll work with a training leader and team to keep track of stock, help customers, and keep records tidy. The job involves a mix of paperwork and physical tasks, so you’ll see how a supply chain really works.

Who we’re looking for

  • Finished high school with at least 40 % in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
  • A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or Transportation is required.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate admin tasks for the supply chain.
  • Receive, pack and issue stock.
  • Keep an accurate log of stock movements and balances.
  • Help with delivery coordination and distribution.
  • Manage assets and run stock checks.
  • Work with customers and make sure they’re satisfied.
  • Follow health and safety rules and keep the warehouse neat.

2. Fleet Internship – Multiple Locations

What the job is about
If you’re a technically minded person who likes to work with vehicles, this internship will let you get into fleet operations, safety, and contractor work in a big logistics operation.

Who we’re looking for
You need to meet all of these basics:

  • Finished high school with 40 %+ in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
  • A trade test in Diesel Mechanic or Fitter.
  • Be a South African citizen, 18–35 years old, and currently unemployed.
  • Pass two South African languages at 40 %+.

Nice to have

  • A driver’s licence.
  • A National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or Transportation.

What you’ll do

  • Keep the fleet running and make sure all vehicles are ready for work.
  • Make sure everyone follows transport laws.
  • Work with contractors and internal teams.
  • Oversee health, safety and environment rules.
  • Handle admin and reporting duties.
