The Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) is hiring South African graduates for two new internship spots in 2026: a Research Intern and a Monitoring & Evaluation Intern. Both positions run for twelve months and are based in Bedfordview, a suburb of Johannesburg, in the Gauteng province. If you’ve finished an Honours degree in Development Studies, Population Studies, Demography, or Statistics, you could be a great fit. You also need an Honours degree in one of the relevant fields.
