Absa, a big bank in South Africa, is looking for fresh graduates who are not currently working. If you live in Cape Town or are willing to move there, you can join a 12‑month training program that will teach you everything you need to know to become a face‑to‑face financial adviser. The program is designed for people who want a clear path into the banking world and who are ready to learn on the job.

Who should apply?
