Who Should Apply?
To qualify you must:

What You’ll Do
Your daily tasks will cover a wide range of library and museum duties. This includes:
- Sorting and shelving books.
- Handling general admin work and helping coordinate tasks.
- Writing basic reports.
- Supporting events and training sessions.
- Checking inventory of items.
- Assisting with supply chain and HR paperwork.
- Running messages and deliveries inside the museum.
- Helping with research projects.
- Unpacking, scanning and organising new library material.
- Entering and listing items into the SLIMS computer system.
- Supporting inventory management.
- Assisting other libraries in the region.
- Keeping library material and equipment in good condition.
- Doing any other job the Library Service asks you to do.
