Why Value Group?
Value Group is a big name in South African logistics and supply‑chain services. The company focuses on helping young people gain real skills and get good jobs. They run training courses that match what the country needs in terms of new workers.
What the Learnership Looks Like
The course lasts 12 months, from 2 March 2026 to 28 February 2027. During that time you will:
- Learn in class – one week each month. You’ll cover theory and hands‑on techniques for managing supply chains.
- Work in a real setting – every weekday from 07:00 to 17:00. You may need to work extra hours sometimes.
- Get paid a stipend – a small monthly payment will help cover your travel costs.
- Take a final test – a written exam by the Employment Services Institute of South Africa (EISA) at the end of the program.
You’ll finish with a national certificate that shows you can work as a Supply Chain Practitioner.
